The common areas of Magnolia Place are designed to make everyone feel welcome. The apartments at Magnolia Place Assisted Care Facility are unfurnished, allowing you to provide the furnishings that truly create the personal warmth of your own home. The following amenities are included:
- Wall–to-wall carpeting
- Pre-wired for phones and cable television hook-up
- Private full bathroom in your room with assist hand rails in the shower
- Individually controlled thermostat for your personal comfort
- 24 hour emergency call system in each bathroom and bedroom
- Maintenance on staff
The entire building has fire sprinklers and smoke detectors. The walls have soundproofing insulation, and the windows are insulated. There are beautiful sunrooms and courtyards where you can relax and read or invite family and friends to visit.
